Jenna Ebersberger is a bicoastal writer and performer with an MFA in Dramatic Writing from NYU Tisch. Before finishing her last semester, she was hired at Saturday Night Live as the researcher for Weekend Update, where she currently resides.
Jenna has trained at The Second City Chicago Conservatory and is an Advanced Writing Lab student at The Groundlings in Los Angeles where she writes and performs her own sketch material. She showcased for the 2024 Just For Laughs - New Faces of Comedy with her unapologetically kooky female characters and has a closet dedicated solely to wigs, costumes, (and the occasional mustache.)
Off-stage, Jenna has worked in television production in roles including showrunner and writer’s assistant for shows on various networks. You may even recognize her voice if you're an avid podcast listener, as she is a voice-over artist for the Wondery Podcast Network. Or maybe you’ve just heard her mumble to herself on the street and thought, “Who is that weirdo?” That’s probably more likely!
